Days you are closed are left out of daily trends, so a shut Saturday is not plotted as an empty one. Weekly and monthly periods always cover the whole calendar week or month.
This never changes how a number is worked out. Days in A/R, Unsigned-note age and Average length of stay keep counting calendar days — a claim does not stop ageing on a Saturday.

A measure with no target shows its value but never a verdict — same rule as the report tables. Gap is signed toward "good": positive green means beating the target regardless of whether the measure wants to be high (kept-rate) or low (no-shows). Trend is the same measure recomputed across the timeframe above — the column header says how many periods and how long each one is — with a dotted line at the target. Watch is the amber band each measure carries, so a tight measure goes amber sooner than a loose one. Click any row to open its full history.
